Run operation

(1) Inspection items before operation
1. Check the connection parts of the equipment in detail, and there is no looseness when tightening.
2. It is necessary to check whether each moving part is flexible and firm
3. The V-belt needs to be evenly tightened. We need to check whether the bolts on the motor seat plate are tightened and there is no looseness.
4. The inside of the mixing container and the internal cavity of the discharge should be cleaned and free of dirt.
5. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction indicated by the sign.
(2) Matters needing attention during equipment operation
1. When the motor is running, it should be stable, without abnormal sound, and always check whether the temperature rise is normal.
2. Whether the rotating parts of the main shaft bearing and the V-belt wheel are running normally. If there is abnormal noise or vibration, stop immediately for inspection. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced and repaired immediately.
3. When changing the color of the material machine, clean the mixing container and the discharge part.
4. The equipment feeding must not exceed the loading factor. When the equipment is running, if adding plasticizer, it should be added slowly. The plasticizer should not be poured into the machine suddenly, causing local material to agglomerate, causing a sudden increase in load and damaging the equipment.
Care and maintenance PVC High Speed Mixer
When the high-speed mixer is in use, maintenance procedures should be formulated. In addition to the general equipment maintenance rules, the following matters must be noted:
1. The equipment should be checked after the first 10 hours of operation, and each connection part must be tightened once.
2. After the first operation of the equipment for 10 hours, check the tension of the V-belt. When the V-belt is evenly tightened when adjusting the tightening screw, the motor seat plate locking bolts must be tightened to prevent loosening.
3. All parts of the equipment must be kept clean, especially the inner wall of the mixing vessel and the refueling inlet in the discharge hole should be cleaned, and the inner wall and discharge part of the equipment should be smeared with anti-rust grease if the equipment is not used for a long time.
4. The equipment needs to be checked frequently and regularly overhauled. When the vulnerable parts are damaged, they must be repaired and replaced in time.
5. Electrical equipment should be inspected regularly, especially the heater, if any damage is found, it should be replaced in time.
