PVC Waste Recycling Reuse
PVC is one of general-purpose plastics and has a wide range of uses.
In terms of physical properties, there are soft PVC (such as PVC film, PVC cables) and hard PVC (such as PVC sewer pipes, PVC plastic steel doors and windows).
PVC has a narrow processing temperature range and is easily decomposed at high temperatures. It is one of the heat-sensitive plastics. Therefore, its recycling processing method has its particularity. The most commonly used recycling method of rigid PVC is to use a mill to process it into powder, and then add auxiliary agents according to the product characteristics, and then add it to the production line after mixing in a high-speed mixer.
The soft PVC is recycled by granulation processing. Both stretch granulation and hot-cut granulation are possible.
