Working principle of PVC Mixer
In the actual production of the mixing unit, the materials are added to the SHR high-speed mixer through the feeding equipment according to the mixing process requirements for high-speed mixing and heating. When the materials have completed the hot mixing process requirements, the high-speed mixer opens the material cutting device, and the qualified materials are directly poured into the barrel of the SHL cooling mixer through the discharge tee. The material is in contact with the cooling equipment installed in the mixer through the low-speed mixing of the cooling mixer, and the temperature is quickly reduced.
After the materials have completed the above-mentioned process operations and qualified materials are obtained, they can be discharged from the equipment, packed and transported to the next production equipment or stored by conveying equipment or manpower.
