Working principle of PVC Powder Heat Mixer High Speed Mixing Unit
The motor directly drives the main shaft to rotate through the belt wheel and the reduction box. The rotating blade with a special shape installed on the main shaft rotates accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material rises along the tapered wall of the fixed mixing tank and will be in a state of revolving motion and then form a swirling motion.
Materials of different densities are easy to mix uniformly in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is more than twice as high as that of ordinary mixers. The various raw materials and binders involved in the mixing are input from the upper inlet, and the mixed materials are discharged from the side discharge port of the mixing tank.
In order to meet the mixing requirements of certain materials then the equipment is equipped with an insulation jacket to cool, heat and keep the materials.
